We needed this yesterday.
"I hate the whole process of sorting, purging, and figuring out what to sell. I rather give the good clothes to a family in need."
Thu, Mom of 4
"I have 3 kids and a backlog of like 8 crates of clothes. 😭 I work full time too so it’s hard to find time. I prioritize selling the items that I can get the most money for. Everything else, I don’t mind giving away.
You have to take into account the time it takes to invoice/ package and drop off at post office and think whether it’s worth your time or not."
Diane, Mom of 3
"I have a ton of really good quality items that haven't sold on Poshmark. The swap model is perfect for this."
Natalie, early tester, mom of 2
“I knew I gave you the box. But then you said it went on after you, and someone still wanted it two kids in. It just makes me want to cry. I’m not putting stuff in a landfill and it’s making someone’s life better. That is incredible.”
Courtney, Mom of 2
Benefits
Why families choose MiniSwap
Every 6 to 9 months, your kid's entire wardrobe stops fitting and you'll end up spending hundreds of dollars on clothes that'll be outgrown before the season's over. Mini Swap breaks that cycle.
Save Money
Stop the cycle of buying new clothes every season. What your kids outgrow becomes credit toward what they need next.
Sustainability
Every piece that finds a new home is one less thing in a landfill. Collective impact, one bundle at a time.
Quality Guarantee
Community standards keep quality high — because no one wants someone else's mystery stains.
Build Your Village
Stay connected with families as your children grow up, sharing wardrobes and building community along the way.

About Us

OUR STORY
When Juley’s son James was born, her older sisters handed down years of beautifully kept boys’ clothing from brands like Crew Cuts, Gap Kids, Zara Baby. For the first five or six years of his life, Juley barely spent a dollar on kids’ clothes.
Then he outgrew it. All of it.
Five years of clothing, most still in great condition, and nowhere good to send it. Consignment would offer a few dollars. Donation bins go who knows where. She didn't want to become a reseller on Poshmark, spending weekends photographing onesies. She just wanted his wardrobe to find the next kid who needed it.
So she posted an Instagram story and found a mom whose son was just growing into James' size. Juley packed it all up and shipped it east. They swapped a few more times after that, and still keep in touch.
That's how parents want this to work. The problem is that most don't have the time or energy.
Every 6–9 months, the same cycle repeats for every kid: sort through the outgrown pile, spend hours on Facebook Marketplace, drop the rest at Goodwill, and start buying all over again. After living that cycle herself, Juley set out to build what she'd always wished existed — a smarter way for families to find each other, and pass it forward.
